In 3rd place we have: "Out!" (From under the beds, noms cupboard, etc)

In 2nd place: "No!!"

And running away with it in first place: "Molly!"

Junior is sooo well behaved in comparison!!!

You could use all three together, 'No Molly, Out!'

Try reverse psychology - 'Yes, Molly, stay under the bed / in the nom cupboard as that is exactly what I want you to do.'

It won't make her behave any differently, but you will feel like she is doing what she is told for a change

He's proving more difficult to get out from under the spare bed than Molly. I really need to block it off somehow because they're driving me spare
