Why do these people think a rabbit would want to go for a swim, I just don't understand them, I mean, surely if rabbits wanted to, they would just jump into the pool, like dogs do.

"no he loves it" when he is in the bath. they say this JUST as he flicks to try to get away

most animals can swim. Few like to. Like a newborn baby - the instinct is there but look how frightened the poor bunnies look. mine freak out when I bathe them, even if they're not in water but jsut being washed with a sponge they hate it

When i had to bath Shadow in an inch of water with a sponge, she went all limp and paralyzed herself

So god knows how this poor little bun feels

They can swim but it dosn't mean they like to. As Kris says a lot of time they just freeze and can end up in shock, not to mention the risk of aspirating water.

my dad always says, any animal with four legs can swim, it varies how good they are it, and how long they can swim for, but just because a four legges animal CAN swim, it doesnt mean it wants to.

it angers me how people think just because they ARE swimming it means they are enjoying it, theres one where the bunyn swims towards him in the pool and he pushed her away quickly so she pushes through the water then goes 'oh look she loves it'

someone put their bunny on HARNESS and took it the LAKE and made it swim!!!!!!!!!!

Watching bunny vids on YouTube is a bit of a lottery. Better avoided. But as our PC is being really awkward and won't let us see any video just now, I don't have much choice.
