Excel pellets contain eggshells???
I learned today that Excel pellets contain eggshells... I'm not really sure what to do (if anything!) with this information.
Is it just me or does it seem really bizarre to you guys too?

I don't see why not - they're a decent source of calcium carbonate.
What does seem weird is that calcium is a metal, but we all need it

I guess so! I saw on google that they are a good source of calcium, but it just seems like such a random thing for them to be eating

Yep, i believe this is what makes up the calcium in the pellets. Do watch out if you feed the adult nuggets though, there have been a number of people finding dog biscuits from supadog in with the rabbit pellets
