Re: rehoming discussion
I really couldn't care less what a bunny looks like, there is no such thing as an ugly bunny. I go for character and a loving nature and nothing of a bun's appearance would ever put me off in any way.

i think maybe a buns temprement also can make a difference to some people they just want a bun to settle and be cuddly and not prepared to work towards achieving it

I think experience makes a difference too. 3 years ago when I got Vince, had he have been aggressive towards me I would have choosen a different bunny tbh. However, 3 years on, I would take on an aggressive bunny as I would think past my own feelings towards it and think why it was like that and work towarsd giving that bun a quality of life with minimal contact if that is what it felt happy with. Time, patience, love and acceptance (both ways) can work wonders.

You are absolutely right Vince the bunny love, as you have gained expereince you could now take on a grumpy bun knowing that you could bring him round. Knowing also that probably no one else would take him makes it even more special, you are turnig that little bunny's world around for the better.

Re: rehoming discussion
I think it's impossible to know what a bun is going to be like until you've spent time with them as well. When we first got Nibbler it was a big step forwards when he let you stroke him instead of running away scared. It's a big step for anyone to be moved to somewhere new and strange, with no-one around you know.

You are right Rachel love, which is why I am so pleased that Binky has shown a loving nature. I spend lots of time and we have snuggle times too, so I am loving making him an adored and happy bun.

Re: rehoming discussion
This is so true too. You are able to give a bunny a good life where as it is likely that one else would taken him. Because you have the experience, you are able to turn this little bun's life around completely.
