I'm very late with this reply, I'm sorry, but I wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and I'm sorry to hear about Remlit.
As SJ said, every bun is different, each cope with different amounts of pain and illness etc and sometimes it's the vets who aren't clued up or quick enough. Please don't feel like you failed him, he's up there and he knows you tried so so hard.
