I had a listen after I just fed blue and her tummy has started gurgling more
I think it's poo countown and i'm terrified
my bunny barito

bluebell has eaten all her fresh herbs and a little hay and she has been chewing and eating some wooden twig
I really hope this is blue getting better

blues just delivered some of these

not great but at least they are coming back

she had 6ml critical care aprox.
she had 6ml water all syringed with not too much fuss but a few little tricks

Those green ones are due to the firbreplex, the black ones are not great ...but her tummy is obviously working and I've a feeling this is
the start and things can only get better

ok try not to laugh too much things started on a high this morning I got her breakfast ready see all organised


then blue see what i'd done and hid and thumped I should have realised I should have gone back to bed BUT:
got blue all wrapped and ready after a struggle as she kept unwrapping as I was trying to wrap but finally we got there then first med syringe went in the mouth so she thew it out got it back in as I started to squirt she pulled her head away she had decided daddy and fllor would be joining her for breakfast so I got some of that one but thought ok we will have better luck with the next but no blue somehow managed for me to have some and the floor too this carried on until the very end SO ME and blue shared as follows, metacam, zantac, fiberplex, metoclopramide, water AND some yummy critical care
I ended up with my head on her head cuddling and laughing so much with her that I had tears streaming with laughter
she is getting much better giving such a performance
I have no idea how much she actually got but hopeing I will fare better later on.
needless to say we both were a bit messy so thank you bluebell we must dine again

she keeps having a little munch on her hay now too

hurrah for poop!

If she is fighting the meds and being syringe fed and you are getting covered in food that's a good sign Rob...she's getting better

oh no are you sure only I uploaded to photobucket as that is already poo
I've cleaned her pen again so starting afresh with poo checking I noticed she is weing quite well and there were some poo's that I cleaned out too she has just also had 5ml c.c. and 5ml water and has chewed a little hay.good girl blue

just seen bluebell nom a bit of hay then started crunching on a seed cake

blue has started drinking her water on her own and eaten now on her third big handfuls of hay
and her NEW poo's tonight

Looking better and you can tell she is eating more hay hopefully the hay will get things moving now
