blue has been nomming hay had two nuggies not excluding my game cable and drinking from her water bowl and has done quite a few poo's just like those in latest piccie

That's great news - I would keep her on the pain killer for a couple of days rob, until she is totally back to normal- she may be eating because the pain killer is working x

I've got to give her a bit of a whisker wash as she has managed to get the last critical care stuck but I know it's going to stress her and she is nomming her hay right this minuet so am waiting

thanks guys the little monster has decided she wants fresh grass and no buts about it
needless to say her wish was granted
i'm still giving her zantac and metacam and small critical care and water as i'm not convinced she is over it yet but she is eating hay and pooing quite good now but not seen any big load from blockage come out as yet I also gave her 2ml pineapple juice this morning i'm just concerned that she is not touching her nuggies she used to love them she seems to be eating lots of hay which is good.

To be honest, Rob, if she has a sensitive tummy but is eating lots of hay I'd be inclined to keep her on a nugget-free diet anyway. Just keep an eye on her poos and perhaps weigh her once a week to make sure she is not dropping too much weight too fast...

thanks sparky she is eating her hay really well now and I have seen lots of poos looking lots better but seem a little dry so am syringing water even though she has a bottle and bowl
