Press photographer U/D Good grief

I've managed to interest the local paper in the Make Mine Chocolate campaign I've given them info over the phone and emailed them the MMC press release so they are coming tomorrow to take a picture of one of the buns plus the Aldi chocolate one.

Question then, which bun will it be? Answer of course is whoever is easiest to catch That rules out BJ and Rosie!

Well, we are trying to put people off impulse buying bunnies.... some footage of Vanessa chasing Gabe up and down the driveway on a work morning should do the trick

It's a family newspaper - a shot of me cursing Gabe might not be so good.

The photographer is not coming til 5 now which is not a good time for bunny catching. All the buns will be bouncing around as it is treat time, I can't sneak up on them whilst they are snoozing

I think it will be Gabe as he will probably come out the best in a b+w pic.

There will be no dealing with him once he has had his star turn.

Do you know who he is????!!

Have just noticed Gabe is now sporting several wee stains

Obviously part of the offensive to keep the wildie away

Louise is going to come up after work and catch a rabbit for me. She is more nimble than me and can cope better with being on her hands and knees!

Well Louise caught Gabe easily, he was sat in the litter tray

Both Louise and I had MMC T-shirts on but the photographer didn't want anything to do with me Actually am not that sad at all - I hate being photographed.

Poor Louise doesn't like it either - she is very self-conscious. Unfortunately for her and Gabe I think the photographer thought he was on some sort of fashion shoot. I don't know how many poses and photos he took Including some naff ones of Louise pretending to eat the Aldi chocolate bunny

Gabe, bless him was actually well behaved but the photographer, obviously not a bunny lover, was not swayed by his charm and good looks. Kept calling him the 'real rabbit' as opposed to the 'chocolate rabbit' Gabe got a couple of fenugreek crunchies as a reward, Louise got the Aldi rabbit and the T-shirt!

About an hour after the photographer had left, I got a phone call. He wanted to know the name of the real rabbit

I'll try and post the picture and article once it is in the paper

I think any sort of 'formal' photography often feels ridiculous to the inexperienced model, but they often get some fab shots

Well, I had to spell Gabriel three times so anything could happen. TBH The Bolton News is not quite in the same intellectual league as The Times for example

As for the photos I just assumed he would take one pic of Louise holding Gabe and me the chocolate bunnies and that would be it. I think Louise is hoping they may airbrush her

Oh dear, that photographer sounds a joy to work with!

I'm a member of MMC and have all their flyers on my table that I have for customers and I have their Easter posters up . And a couple of their MMC t-shirts
