Inspiration needed please!! U/D so fussy!!!!
I'm going to asda in the morning and I need some inspiration on what to buy Molly and Junior for their tea.
I plan on getting some kale, which I know they like, but they've not had any the last few times I've been in so need a back up plan!!
I think Molly is fed up of cauliflower leaves and broccoli but at the same time, she's so fussy!! I bought rocket the other day but she's refusing to eat it. I tried cucumber a few weeks ago and she refused that too.
So, Hoppers, hit me

Meant to add, they've both refused all the herbs I've tried them with

Spinach is how I get them to take panacur - I make a little spinach and panacur wrap and they are none the wiser.
Re: Inspiration needed please!! U/D so fussy!!!!
I used to try that with Thumper and Fibreplex, with various leafy things I'd only get way with it once

A salad of baby greens. We can get them here already mixed in a lovely salad that we eat too!

We actually sit and share a bowl of baby spinach, I can eat it like popcorn or something!
Re: Inspiration needed please!! U/D so fussy!!!!
You've probably tried most of these:
Watercress
Pea shoots (we can only get these in Morrisons but they go barmy for them)
Rocket
Basil
Coriander
Parsley
Mint
Dill
Mange tout
Baby sweetcorn

I didn't know they could have watercress.
I'm not sure I know what a pea shoot is
They do have mint in asda!
Mange tout..........
I could look for baby sweetcorn!
Thanks!

You don't need to know what it is, you just need to be able to read it on the bagThumper2001 wrote:I'm not sure I know what a pea shoot is

Mint might be an acquired taste as it smells so strong.
When Taffy would not eat much, he would always eat watercress and pea shoots. They tend to be in the same area of the shop and the same sort of bag as the rocket

My little Binky and the pgigies have just gone off brocolli so they are now on the leafy greens and they seem to be a favourite.

When Florence was spayed I tried to give her the painkiller by putting it on some bread. She stood thumping at it then peed on it. Molly's reaction to the food bowl reminded me I will make sure Florence doesn't tell her about that.

How long do you make her stare at it before you take it away? I leave some of my veg in utter disgust, but I always end up nomming it for a midnight snack
The only thing I leave completely is pineapple, even a bit about three molecules across. Humum thinks I ate a bit the other day but it is under the sofa
