I can't post links Empty I can't post links

Hi,

I can't seem to post links, it says that I have to wait 7 days or contact an administrator, I am sure I have been on here 7 days plus now. I have posted over 25 post too, I have  a junior hopper rating. Please can anybody help, I asked somebody about this and they said they thought it was 25 post you had to do to be able to.
