She didn't want her tea again Sad

Humum has given her metacam and a dose of ranitidine and is hoping she's a lot perkier by treatie time. She's a bit worried because she caught her nomming a bit off her snakey the other day No

Pleased to report that Layla was very keen for her treats and only complained about the portion size. She's now nomming hay as Jack didn't save her much tea Laughing

A couple of days, so Humum was thinking that might be just the right length of time for it to cause her a problem...

cheers

When I was talking to my vet about Bruce and she was saying she could feel a really big poo she said she has come up with a theory. She was saying that one of her buns, like Bruce, occasionally stops eating when there is nothing else wrong. She now believes that they get a really big poo in their intestine that gets a bit stuck and takes a little longer to shift resulting in sulky behaviour similar to that seen when a dental is required.

She's completely back to flumpy normality today Very Happy

Cheryl, there is definitely something like that with Layla. I think this is the third time she's been off colour for no discernable reason and the meds have helped sort her out each time (thankfully). Our other theory is that she is a greedy gannet who has eaten too much of something and given herself bellyache No

I'm SO glad Layla is better! It's scary when they eat something they shouldn't. We just went thru a bit of worry with Rory because of something he ate. Luckily, all the TV buttons passed through. Why do they like the buttons so?
