Sit on the top level and digg seriously digg. When the speed of digging is reached the weight of bottom will tip the thing over even with a small bun.
With two buns....
as previous but the second bun is on the other side of the castle and nozzleing it like e leaver. Yes that works too!

I have no idea what she did but she was on the ground "floor" and my father in law caught it just before it hit the deck

Junior played no part in it, the castle nearly landed on him as he was having a lie down, minding his own business...

Just a forceful bun then!    

With buns, I find that if they are determined enough to do something, they will achieve their goal LOL!
