Is she trying to tunnel out?
Hi folks, now I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry.
All the bunnies have been out today as it was the first time that it didn't poor it down in days.
Got them back in with nice dinner served and went to say nite nite sweet dreams and found that Bubbles has chewed..
The wall on the corner next to her hutch. Substantial damage done. Why would she chew this? Is she missing some minerals or just being naughty?
Will have to figure something out to stop her otherwise it could be drafts this winter.

No they just like to chew odd things sometimes. Flo repeatedy did this to one bit of wall in their room. I attached a sheet of clear perspex over the area and she has never repeated the chewing anywhere else.

I think they get obsessed by something.... for daisy its a specific piece of wallpaper in the front room - once all paper is removed from this section he leaves it alone and doesn't do it anywhere else (famous last words) but as soon as we re-paper he puts all his efforts into removing it.
I don't know why they do it... its odd. I suspect its the same with bubbles.

Re: Is she trying to tunnel out?
All my buns have liked different things to chew, with Mr Snuggles it was the wall and other things. Holly likes to scratch and chew my duvet which is why I do not have expensive bedding LOL!!
I am sorry to hear this Bouldan love, sometimes mine have done things like this when I have gone out so we have to make sure that there is nothing of consequence is in plain sight that she can chew.
Hugs
