Vibes for D'Layla please after dog attack update 19.03

As long as she has got quality of life she will be with us. Really my hopes lie with a brilliant vet in Swindon called Fiona.

Not much change with this sweet girl.
Bright and alert but not eating hay or her c's. I have contacted the vets in Swindon unfortunately Fiona is on leave until 8th of April.
All vibes are welcome and have worked wonders on the wounds as they all healed even the big ear one.

I was just wondering how she is doing now? Is she ok? how is she settling in with her new team?

Funny you must have picked up my thought from this morning considering an update.
She has recovered so well it is unbelievable.
Her face is nearly back to normal. She ears(including hay:D) she poos! And even starting to get bold when running in the house getting nosy and checking everything out.
Bubbles remains "reserved" and will attack her or Vernon if I would let her. This means the free roaming time of the trio is limited to when I'm around to keep an eye on them. At stage two in the bonding process. But after the success that others had by being persit ant over a length of time I'm willing to give them this. It is only five weeks since Bertie has gone and poor Bubbles had a rough time. She is just territorial and protecting her space. That's ok and she is allowed to have it. The set up in the warren means they can see and smell each other but can't harm. When I'm in I open all up and they can run the house! I know my place bunny slave.
One thing that isn't good or nice is that the girls owning the dogs have back treated from paying the vet bill and I'm going to have a stern conversation with them tommorow. 
But here is my cute cuddly girl

I am so glad she is back to normal love after that horrendous experience. She is a little beauty, I would love to give her a cuddle.

I've only just seen this thread - what an appalling experience for D'Layla, her friends and for you. I can't imagine how upsetting it must have been to see that and see her soo poorly afterwards. I'm so very glad there is a happy ending and hope the neighbour coughs up for the vet bill without too much fuss.

I definitely think the issue of the owners dodging the vet bill needs addressing - good for you. What a cheek!
