Do any of you order from hay for pets?
I ordered some ings which was fine but the buns didn't seem too keen, so i tried the timothy and rye, which came yesterday, and while the bun seem to like it so far, it smells musty and my bf said he thought it felt damp. I tried them again because the other company i use is expensive for timothy, but I've swiftly remembered why i stopped ordering from them, anyone else have this problem?

I use viovet. Very happy with all purchases and free delivery over £29. The only thing I would advice is don't leave ordering until the last minute as they can take a week to delivery.
I buy Henry's SS4+, Protexin-profibre and his hays there.

Thanks for your replies, I've emailed them asking for a refund. Turns out someone i work with sells hay so they're bringing me in a sample for the buns to try.

Re: Do any of you order from hay for pets?
I'm late but anyway...
I buy my hay from them. I have only ever had a problem with them once, they sent me T&R instead of Ings. I emailed them and they sent a bag of Ings out the same day, and told me to keep the T&R. My two don't like the T&R.
I can't actually fault them. Their deliveries are like clockwork.
Sometimes the hay comes with free bugs! But there's not much they can do about that

Ha, the ings came fine but the buns didn't like it, it was the t&r that was mouldy. Still, can't fault them for their customer service!!
The hunt for hay is on still, might try them on some stuff from a local pet shop for a little bit. The hay they liked was £40 a month which is just too much.
They also didn't like the hay my friend gave me, i swear they know it's cheap so refuse!!

We use them, and we have always been really happy with it.... in fact we even (*checks to make sure he isnt watching) switched Daisy onto it from his ridiculously expensive oxbow organic and he seems to enjoy it (please no one tell him) The latest batch we have had has smelled lovely and has been very "meadowy" if you know what I mean.

I used them in the past no problem. Prefer hay experts for crunchies and burns green oat which Bubbles loves. Might need to check again. Had ordered some ings way back that didn't look or smell nice and hence noses were turned.
