Buying & Selling Rules

• Drugs & Drug Paraphenalia including any Prescription Only Medication (POMs)

• Hack Codes & Illegal Downloads
  
• Human Parts & Remains
  
• Mailing Lists & Personal Information or any other details which would act as an infringement of The Data Protection Act

Listing Details
Titles & Descriptions should give an accurate portrayal of the item and it's condition and may not contain any misleading words or phrases. Sellers may not use this forum to sell or promote giveaways, lotteries, raffles or prize draws.

You may list as many items as you wish within a single advert but please do not place multiple listings for the same item. Duplicates will be removed. Members considered to be abusing the service in a manner which constitutes spamming will have their seller priviledges withdrawn and may be subject to further penalities.

Each item must have it's own clear total for the item price, postage & packaging. Sellers may use OVNO, ONO MMAO or FTGH but this must be clearly stated on the listing including a price for P&P. Sellers may not add any additional surcharges not related to the item or P&P.

When an item has been sold the title should be updated accordingly and the thread will then be locked by a member of the admin team.

Members may use The Market to post 'Wanted' adverts as long as they do not pertain to any forbidden goods or services.

Payment
It is recommended that for the safety of both Buyer & Seller PayPal is used for the payment of good where possible. Sellers may also accept cheques, postal orders and cash payments AT THEIR OWN RISK.

Payment arrangements and details should take place by PM and not in the public domain of The Market.

Remember...
As a seller you are responsible for reviewing and complying with all the above rules. Members who infringe upon these rules may be subject to penalties and we reserve the right to remove any listing that we find either objectionable or questionable. Users are advised that they buy & sell at their own risk, Happy Hoppers Forums, it's agents & associates cannot and will not be held responsible for any personal or commerical loss or damage as a result of using this service.
