Vibes for Thumper please U/D Positive progress!

HI,

With me being on crutches I haven't been able to get to the PC for a couple of days. On Thursday Thumpers was off colour. I couldn't be really specific but i knew he wasn't right. With help (you know who you are) we got him to the vet and his guts were just starting to become impacted, his teeth were also burred down as they were slightly spurred (he is a dental bun anyway but we usually leave them 6 - 8 weeks before we check them, this is only 4).

I really thought he was improving, yesterday and earlier today he was starting to eat properly again, but tonight he's refusing food again including his favorite treats. I've just syringed him and given him his meds but I'm worried he may be deteriorating again. Please can we have some HH vibes for my little bun?

Thumper is running around like a lunatic in the run, very bright in himself, investigating everything, but only eating very occasionally. He is pooing, but they are only a quarter of normal size.

So did we! He's got maxolon, Baytril and metacam. We've put probiotics in his water, and syringing critical care.

I know this sounds weird, but I'm not sure whether he's on the mend or not

oh well it sounds like he is feeling happier?! sending lots of vibes.

How is Thumper now?,

He's still doing the mixed messages! running around, but not eating very much by himself. The willow ball remains untouched which really surprises me, especiallly when its stuffed with goodies!

I've syringed another 10 mls, and given him so metacam and some more pineapple juice.

I'd be much happier if I could just see him eat a reasonable amount, rather than picking at it

At least he is behaving as if he is feeling better, maybe he will start to pick up on the eating front in a day or two.

After some further treatment Yesterday, Thumper is now on the mend. He is starting to eat more, and poo more. Definite improvement at last.

It certainly does. In fact Ruby's currently telling Thumper to groom her

well he has to pay the wife some attention!!! come on thumper get grooming!!!
