The Life Of Brian Empty The Life Of Brian

Post by Catsknickers Wed Jul 15, 2009 8:35 pm

I just don't know what to do. He cuts such a lonly picture? I feel so awful for him. My ideal is to bring him in and get him to be friends with Chance, however he doesn't seem to like him and he HATES being indoors. So do I leave him outside alone and watch him being lonely or do I bring him in and risk a bun getting ill through stress?

Could you maybe do a trial run of him living in the house? Maybe not put him in with Chance right away but see if he gets used to living indoors on his own. If he seems too stressed it might not be worth it. I don't know if that would work...

I have the same thing with Felix. Until I get him de-nadded, I can't let him near the other two - and I have to wait until hubby comes back with the car at end of July to get the de-nadding done. He hops around watching he other two, but I do know he would like some company as he just loves it when he gets stroked and petted.

I think what Rice suggests is worth a try.

It's just because he isn't mine, I don't want to kill him off you know. I already feel like I have done Helen a terrible diservice with the others.

Poor Brian Sad

Give him a nose rub from me, and there is a big hug for you too.

Have you and Helen talked about finding him a new partner, other than Chance?

Yeah but I think that Helen feels like me, she doesn't really want to take on anymore rabbits. The heart ache is just too much.
