Stolen Rabbit - Sheffield
I know i havent posted in a while, so apologies on that front
any way to the point
as a few of you may know i work at an inner city farm, Heeley City Farm well on tuesday (22/06) one of our rabbits was stolen from the small animal house
Pip, an 8 month (ish) old castrated male orange/ginger/harli lionhead was stolen from his pen in the small animal house
Pip was originally thought to be a girl, and called Pippa, and it still says Pippa above his pen
if you or any one know of any one in the Sheffield area that has mysteriously acquired a rabbit fitting this description please let me know, we just want the rabbit back
the adults with learning dificulties do a lot of work with the small animals, and they will be devastated to find out he was stolen
All the animals are very much pets here, and he is being missed by everyone
feel free to cascade this around other rabbit/animal forums, and fingers crossed pip makes his way home

Oh no how horrible! I hope he is safe and whoever took him realises their mistake and returns him pronto.

That's awful, it does happen, I can't think why. I hope he gets returned
Re: Stolen Rabbit - Sheffield
yes it is such a worry, i have no idea why people do these things.
makes you wonder though, if they cant be bothered to pay like £20 to buy a rabbit in the first place..... what are they going to do if he needs a vet?

Re: Stolen Rabbit - Sheffield
this is so sad! The worst in all this is that a good animal owner would never do sucbh a thing, so unfortunatly Pip is probably with an unexperienced person...
