toilet training
A funny toilet training tale today!
Well, my gruesome twosome have turned from being my most dirty rabbits to my most cleanest rabbits! The weeing has much improved, one of them is still spraying but no more huge puddles of wee everywhere and the pooing has reduced, even though I now leave the hutch door open all night again.
The trio have been having the odd wee accident and the other day I didn't empty the litter boxes till late afternoon, so in protest they peed over their carpets so now I have to chuck them out and replace them (I hasten to add, that is the carpet I'm replacing, not my bunnies )

It's almost like they are mot happy unless they are trying to confuse you! I think they cook it up between them!

Re: toilet training
I did wonder what they were all whispering about behind the bins when free range!
On that note, why, when they have free range of the side ally and the front lawn with lovely fresh grass, do they decide to lay down behind the smelly black rubbish bin?

Re: toilet training
[b]Dont know about them being dim I spent a fair time with them the other afternoon, it was very windy so I pulled the garage door down slightly so as wouldnt blow everything out of garage,. I was stood talking to them and heard a clunk the wind had blown the door shut and the bolt had droped I had no mobile with me so ended up sat in the hutch with them for an hour and a half till Ann got back and let me out. The little ratbags wouldnt even shre there carrots with me

Re: toilet training
Ruffin- LOL They probably engineered it to pay you back for confusing them with the shape sorter!!
Lily Grace - it really is disgusting when they pee everywhere isn't it?! My two still spray but it seems to be a different wee to the yellow sticky stuff that used to be deposited all over the hutch. You could try limiting them to a very small space untill they et the hang of the litter tray.
