Re-Attempting to Bond a Group of Ten
It's nervewracking I have a group of 8 and a pair - I tried to bond my pair, trio and group of five together but the pair were both recently neutered so still a bit hormonal and wouldn't go in. I've given them a few weeks to settle and they are all chasing and nipping and a bit nervous which is understandable really as last time we had a few injuries I'm not going to force it of course but fingers crossed, they are starting to calm down and flop out now.

Thank you I have managed not to pull all of my hair out, I kept getting woken up by thumping and chasing though!

Re: Re-Attempting to Bond a Group of Ten
thank you they have settled down now, they are all snoozy bunnies between 10am and about 6pm or 7pm (or 24/7 for Lily!) so they have started to flop out or just sit and nom hay Little Lucy, the smallest bunny (mini rex) has gone around and given everyone a good hump not very ladylike of her.

Re: Re-Attempting to Bond a Group of Ten
Thank you, well I have extended the pen and tomorrow hopefully will extend a bit more again. It's hard to get the balance right with such a big group, the first time we had them in a small space which obviously you need for the bond but I think especially for Lily and her big French lop bum it was just too stressful, so I am extending a bit faster than I would normally but without giving them the whole run of the place.

Harvey and Max had a little scuffle this morning, and Harvey got his leg caught in the pen he was rolling around screaming in terror it was horrible, I managed to get his leg free and took him straight to the vets. Luckily it was just a sprain but it was terrifying for me and him.
He is back in now and they are still doing ok
