Chudleigh has had a massive heart attack...he's gone :-(

Mike has just collected Jamie and Chudleigh from the vet's and of course he has had to put Jamie in a pet carrier on her own, the vet nurse said she has trashed the cage she was in and Mike said Jamie is in a state, she loves Chudleigh so much she's always washing him and keeping him warm I'm afraid she won't cope without him. I don't know what we are going to do.

I really wish I had a magic wand for you Maysie.

I know it is very early to suggest this Maysie, and I apologise if it offends, but do you think Jamie will accept one of the scottish nethies?

Jamie seems happy to be back in her pen and of course it's smells of Chudleigh, she's eating hay and had a wash and seems to be ok, I'm just wondering about tonight but she is surrounded by other pens and bunnies so she is not alone. We are not showing her Chudleigh as she will know he's gone and I don't want to upset her anymore than she is.

Pepsi and Fudge are so wee and Jamie is so much bigger and if possible I'd like Fudge and Pepsie and Faith to all be together. I know she like's Kenzo as when she get's out of her pen she always goes over to see him.

Oh Maysie, I am just devastated for you. I really didn't expect this and although I know you always worry about your buns, you must have thought your luck was due to change for the better. I so, so hope it does so very soon.

I hope Jamie will be okay, I agree showing her Chudleigh will probably make her worse.

Sorry to hear about Dave as well I'm just shocked!

This is just so hard as we have Grace's ashes in a box at one side of the room with candles burning and Chudleigh on the other side of the room with candles burning for him and we are just so lost, so broken but I'm sure you know the feeling

Maysie, I cannot tell you how sorry I am, I am just devastated for you both and Jamie.

OMG! Such shocking news! I grieve with you Maysie. Chudders was
special. Everyone that had the pleasure to meet him agreed on this! You and Mike have had
a rough go here of late. You gave him the best care possible and he loved you. He had
a good life. My heart does go out to you two. It is a difficult thing to lose somebun special.

Oh Maysie :'( I really dont know what to say that could possibly make you feel any better. Youve had it tough over the last 6 months especially. I just hope things change for the better soon. Im so, so sorry.
