I really hope he doesn't have to go to the vet for a while

Firstly he refused to come out of the carrier

Then when the vet was giving him his health check he bit me twice, once on each arm r

When the vet went to get his injection he stood up and bit me on the boob

He wouldn't let the vet give him his injection

He's now been sulking in the litter tray

The right side of his teeth are longer at the bottom than the top, after having dental buns in the past this is my worst nightmare. They aren't curling or have spurs yet, but they need to be kept an eye on.

He's also at the maximum weight he should be, if he puts on anymore he will officially be a fatty bum (I know how he feels ). Trouble is he never runs around, even now they are both semi free range. I need to think abotut that, altho I'm upping their hay and lowering pellets and veg for the teeth issue so that should help.

I hope he doesn't have to go back for a while after that

Did he actually get jabbed in the end?

About the weight thing - our Rosie was positively porky. Humum has cut their pellets right down (very gradually) and she looks positively stunning again, and is far more active. Although she has always been a fairly bouncy bunny, now she can get more height on her binkies again

Yes he had it eventually, but goodness it was a struggle!

He is indeed still sulking in the litter tray he came out for some food then went back. He's very annoyed!!

Good luck on the sulk....another hour or so you will have your mum feeling suitably guilty for being such a good mum x

I nearly took a photo for you all

This morning I've decided to change vets to one closer to me, I was going to keep their vets but I wondered if he had been upset over the drive, although they had to go to the doctors with me before the vets!! I've found a nice one ten minutes away, which has a bunny section on their website. I think I'll pop over there one evening or at the weekend.
