Poppy and her children came to stay for a while in August Clicky

Poppy never went back. She was very, very thin when she came - the vet gave her a condition score of 1.5 out of 5 Sad and when she saw her again a couple of weeks ago was really pleased with the improvement in her Very Happy She just needs to put on a bit more weight and condition before she is spayed, then Humum hopes that Rosie and Dougal will take to her.

Somehow,Cindy has not ended up going back to the rescue either. Humum is not entirely sure how, and Hudad has always been too busy to explain (Cindy is a Hudaddy's girl). She is spayed and will hopefully eventually be bonded with Reggie and Taffy but has spent almost all of her life in rescue so at the moment is just thoroughly enjoying having a two-tier 6' hutch and fully enclosed run all to herself Smile


They also fostered Charlotte and her babies for a few weeks. They managed to give all of those ones back, despite Humum falling head-over-heels for Charlotte (who was the cuddliest bun Humum had ever met and tried to climb into her arms every time she went to the hutch, then would sit there for hours being petted).

Poor baby! How she must have suffered. She was clever to have stayed alive. Now it is just a fun game for her! She is one determined bunny! She knows she needs more noms...so she is um...helping the hu-parents out by serving herself. Yeah, that's it! She is helping the hu-parents.
