UPDATE 2nd February.

Both are doing well they have been on panacur now just over 2 week's and Helen's eye is looking so much better we are just worried about Baby Saint's bald legs that Helen keep's washing as they are getting sore and once this happens they are not going to get better in a hurry and all four of her legs are getting bald which means we are going to have a big problem if they all get sore as she uses her front legs to pull herself along and she uses her deformed leg to turn so we are going to take her to see our vet next week.
Mike doesn't want to put cream on at the moment as he think's Helen will wash Baby Saint's feet even more.

I would try a little tiny bit in one area. If she does not like the taste, it could actually help rather than make things worse.....

I will mention that to Mike I think he is worried Helen will bite Baby Saint's leg if she has cream on but we need to do something and quick!

Mike said he has been putting 'healing' cream on Baby Sain't's legs and Helen is washing it off straight away Sad

How about some baby socks Maysie? If Helen chews them it won't do too much harm and it will give Baby Saint some protection. I hold Flo's on with some Micropore bound around the sock.

I will mention baby socks to Mike and we have that Micropore but I think Baby Saint will panic and get stressed out with them on and I think Helen will nibble them off but Thanks Cheryl Thumbs Up

UPDATE WEDNESDAY 6TH FEBRUARY 9:47 am

Helen and Baby Saint are still doing very well despite both having e.cuniculi. Helen's eye is looking so much better although yesterday we had a bit of a fright with her. Helen often falls over due to having a twisted spine, it's usually when she is washing and she topples over and we rush to get her back up straight away. Yesterday she was in her box when she toppled over but luckily Mike saw it happen but she had fell in a way that she couldn't get up and we had to pick up the box to get her out, she can usually get herself back up but it takes it out of her trying to and so we give her a hand. The little monkeys hide in the box now when they see Mike with the panacur

Oh Bless them. I know first hand how nasty E.Cuniculi is and for Helen and Baby Saint to have it when they already have so many health issues already just seems so unfair Sad

but they will pull through it. its a slow road, but they can do it Hugs

Humum is so glad she has got us all addicted to mini shredded wheat- Reggie takes her Panacur on that no problem at all Very Happy
