Unladylike behaviour from Nia!
Our little dumpling Nia is such a quiet, reserved bunny I was quite taken aback by her yesterday
Having received a Pampered Piggies delivery I went to offer Gabe and Nia a hay cube. Gabe appeared from the cardboard house for a 'sweetie' - the bunnies favourite word - but Nia didn't want to come out so I left her be.
After going outside to treat the other four I came back to find Nia chasing Gabe round, grunting, with her ears back trying to pinch Gabe's cube. The little madam - the only time, bless her, she gets excited is when food is in the offing. I gave her a cube of her own, which she promptly ignored and in the meantime Gabe was running round the conservatory trying to find somewhere to hide to eat his own
Little Noo seems to like Matthew the best out of all of us, she will willingly approach him but is a lot more cautious with the rest of us. I wish a little bit of Gabe's exuberance and joyousness would rub off on her and she appeared to enjoy life a little more I would love her feel there is more to life than food.

Haha Nia you little sausage. When you think of all she has been through I guess it is understandable. However Gabe has been through an horrific time too and yet has done so well. Clearly the way to her heart is through her tummy!

I've got bunnies that do that, even if I give them one of their own they still want the one that somebody else has got

Norty Nia Bless her, she sounds like my kinda girl I'm sure she knows that you love her and there is more to life than food, but some buns, like some people I guess, just don't want you to know that they know

Re: Unladylike behaviour from Nia!
I am sure she is contented in her own little way
She has just had her daily exercise - this involves being play chased by Gabe round the pen four or five times He so wants her to play with him but it just isn't in her nature. I am not sure the 'thrill of the chase' is felt by Gabe, it's very pedestrian
