Well as the vodka evaporates it takes some of the heat with it and since it evaporates much more quickly than water it takes more of the heat with it, cooling you down quicker. you want to watch out for fumes though

How is Chance this morning?

He is having a rough time at the moment. Hopefully the eye drops will have started to work and his eye is more comfortable.

Our trick to get the buns to eat is dried herbs eg from Burns, Naturals. They always go down well.

Hope Chance is feeling better today. It's odd that the infection is stopping him eating though, I wonder if it's tracked deep into his ducts

It sounds very much like a tooth root problem to me.
Once the roots get very elongated they do cause pain. I have a Bun with this problem
