Veggies? Empty Veggies?

Post by charyuop Sat Mar 19, 2011 10:14 pm

As I said I have these 2 new girls that I was told being 4-6 weeks old. I am giving them alfalfa pellets and hey. But I read online conflicting theories about fresh vegetable at this very age.
Is is good for them or I should wait till they are older?

Hiya you should wait until they are older veggies are not good for them yet. Goodness that is very young. If you can get alfalfa hay that is good for them at this early stage . There is another post about veg at the moment and sooz has put some brilliant info on there. Sorry I can't copy it onto here for you but I am not at home at the moment xxx

I've heard you need to wait until they're 4 months old. My bun is 6 months old and I'm still introducing her slowly to new veg Smile
