Another question re maggies spay
wasnt sure if i should post here or in the infirmary, sorry if its in the wrong place!
Do you think i should bring her indoors tonight so that she can get used to the cage and being indoors before being plonked in there tomorrow night when shes feeling all groggy and miserable? I was just wondering as unlike my other 3 when they were neutered, Maggie isnt really used to being indoors for more than a few hours at a time and shes never been upstairs on the landing or anything....
Sorry, i know im probably worrying too much, but no matter how many times i go through it with them, ive always got more questions! What do you think?

Re: Another question re maggies spay
Tigger is an outside bun and when it came to her having her spay I only brought her inside the afternoon I got her home and she had never set foot in the house before. She was too dopey to realise she was somewhere different so I personally wouldn't worry about it too much.
I hope everything goes well for gorgeous Maggie

Re: Another question re maggies spay
I think I would leave her in her usual environment the night before. I would be worried in case taking her in would stress her out prior to the op.
Just my opinion of course

I agree. All of ours only came in after their ops, and all were too groggy to care then too grateful for peace and quiet to be bothered.
We got a lot of binkies when they went back out though
