Putting T&T outside

I'm putting my guys outside this spring, and I was wondering - do you think it's a good idea for them to have short periods outside when the weather's nice? It's a gorgeous day outside, and I'm thinking they might like a little time outside.

Good idea? Bad idea? It's sunny but cold!

when weather is like it is today over here I put mine for about an hour then back indoors but our weather here today is probably milder than yours hun x

I was thinking like half an hour or so - they love it outside.

I think if you are only just moving them outside, when its slightly nippy, I'd give them a bit of time out and then increase it slowly

This time of year I have to do the same but because of the grass. They've not had any all winter and they will eat the lot if I'm not careful, not to mention I've learnt it's richer this time of year and with sensitive tums I have to be careful.

Jack and Layla are allowed to go out if it is sunny and feels warmish - it's been 10 degrees here today. The door is left open so they have the choice to be in or out, and we make sure they're not going from a warm house to a cold outside or vice versa
