Hi from Blackburn, UK!
Hi all, My name is Shannon, Im 18 in two weeks and I'm a proud owner (or I'm owned by) of two gorgeous Lionhead x.They're brother and sister and are both currently 3 months old, they're named Daisy and Henry! They both have their own little characters and are bundles of joy! At the moment they've been separated until we get Henry done but they still bond in the run (whilst I'm supervising!) and they're getting vaccinated in 3 weeks.
I will upload pictures as soon as I find out how! I can't wait to check out the forum more

Re: Hi from Blackburn, UK!
Hello and welcome to HH
I'm 18 too, I think you, me, Jack and Izzy are the forum's youngest members
Daisy and Henry sound fab and much loved. I would be very careful letting them together though, even under supervision. It only takes a split second...
I'm sure you'll love it here. There's a huge mix of people from single bun, first time owners to amazingly knowledgeable people and we're a very friendly bunch!
I look forward to chatting to you more around the forum. Welcome to the gang
P.S: we need pics of Daisy and Henry!

Hello:wave: and welcome to the forum. We are a pretty friendly lot so please join in on threads and ask questions etc.
Are you just planning on getting Henry done and not Daisy? Also are you aware that Henry will continue to be fertile for up the 6 weeks after the op? Even with supervision you are currently running a big risk allowing them in together. A simple wire divider should allow them constant contact and maintain the bond but rule out the risk of babies. Also you may well find the rebonding goes better if they both go for neutering at the same time. I know financially this is a real pig but practically it reduces time apart and rejection due to strange vet smells.

Re: Hi from Blackburn, UK!
Thank you for all your warm welcomes! I guess it's good to know I'm one of the youngest too, I suppose! Haha.
It's been very tiring watching them! Even if I have to go in for something I have to place one back in their home etc! I didn't think about the divider, I am going to look into that straight away as we definitely do not want babies! We are getting the male done first but unfortunately we can't get them both done at the same time but we do want them both to be done! Thanks for your help!
Thanks again

Hello
We're in Blackburn too. Where about are you? If you need a good vet, we all use Myerscough on the A59 up by BAE (there's sixteen of us in this household )

Hi!
I'm in Accrington (5mins away from Blackburn) but my partner lives in Darwen so I basically say Blackburn is my hometown to not confuse anyone!
Wow, sixteen! A big bunch! I have just finished studying Animal Care at Myerscough College, so I will most likely go to Myerscough vets!

Re: Hi from Blackburn, UK!
Ye is it next door to you Blackburn 16 , you know normally when you talk to people online or in different parts of the country they do not know Darwen, it is well annoying , so I just most times now say Blackburn, it is like my boring little town does not exist and only Blackburn and Bolton do, Darwen is lost in the middle .
I am glad there's people on here who know of it and live close and you know it with being next door and being here every weekend.
Enjoy it on here, glad you are feeling welcome. I enjoy coming on here and having a chat and post etc. You will love those vets too, they are great.

Yes. I live in Accrington but as no one in the world don't know Accrington, I also say Blackburn, its just far more easier than explaining where your actual town is!
Yes, Its nice to know your able to talk to people close by and also from all parts of countries!

You try living in the north of Scotland as far as people knowing where you're from!
Welcome to HH. Your buns are gorgeous, but scarily like Molly and Junior. Good luck!

Re: Hi from Blackburn, UK!
Hello from the USA! I'm so glad you joined the Forum. My name is Holly and
I'm very pleased to meet you. I think I am the oldest or almost the oldest here. I
tell my grandchildren I'm older than dirt...to which the 5 yr old grandson
seriously commented that would make me older than dinosaurs so why
was I not a fossil too.
You'll love it here. People are so very helpful and enjoy answering questions.
Daisy and Henry are just beautiful lionheads! And they do look like a
lionhead version of Molly and Junior. Those two areinfamous famous
for their antics and we love them for it!
