Snuffle bun in Blackburn needs a new home...
No, not me
The hu-parents popped into P&H to do their usual check on bunny living conditions. All was ok, they have new enclosures with plenty of hay, water and toys, although they did have lionheads on wood shavings again
There is a little four-month old guy in the adoption bit. He has a snuffly nose They are well aware of it, he has seen a local vet several times and they have tried treating it for quite a prolonged period and are now at the point of leaving him off meds for a while to see how he gets on. The hu-parents had quite a lengthy conversation with the manager on duty, who looked about 12 but was actually very helpful indeed. They were pleasantly surprised by the information they were given and the fact that whoever took the bun on would be fully informed of exactly what they were getting into. They did also say they would prefer him to go as a house-bun.
He is an incredibly cute bun who looks a bit like our Mason did at that age, but with one ear up and one down He wasn't entirely comfortable being handled, probably because he has had to have so much yukky meds in his short life, but he was handleable enough that Humum thinks he could learn to see it as a positive experience.
Please can somebody go and adopt him so that my hu-parents don't? They did not put him on hold but said they'll pop back in a couple of weeks and see if he is still there.

Ssssssparky, Sparky, Sparky! You are a bit jealous perhaps? Don't want to share your spaceship? Look at it this way: one more bun to awaken the huparents at 4 AM so you can sleep in.

Oh, the poor little guy
I know I shouldn't be, but I'm really hoping he's still there and your hu-parents give in, Sparky

I would suggest the huparents go back in a couple of days, not a couple of weeks It sounds like this bunny needs very experienced owners

what a shame. He would have thrived at the wood bunny inn. Hopefully somebody else experienced will save him.
