Its an american thing that has now started over here for the last few years, seems like most stores are doing it now. Its 'big' discount sales that are on the friday after thanksgiving. Its nice to get a couple of quid of bunny food and what have you but there have been pretty disgusting sights at some of the big retailers on black friday, people getting into fistfights over things like TVs that are put on the sale.

Re: Black Friday
They had to shut the asda in coatbridge the first time the done it. The police had to come. Staff and normal customers were assaulted
Think they've stopped taking part in it now.
I dont think ive ever bought anything of the black friday sales. If i need something i shop around for best deals anyways.

Re: Black Friday
Thanks for that love, I don't know where my head is sometimes. Nor me Thumper hunni, I would never fight over anything materialistic that is for sure. That is dreadful Gemma love but doesn't surprise me at all. It makes you realise what humans are capable of if there was a real disaster and things had to be fought for.

Me either
I give any place that I think might get like that a very wide berth, although I don't think its been quite so bad since.
I was reading a post on one of the bunny FB groups that said that the "black friday" price for the Science Selective on Amazon is actually the normal price on Amazon, but for those of us who usually buy it in PaH (me!) its still a good deal!

Re: Black Friday
I hate crowds and that buzzing noise when somewhere is busy. I just panic and forget why I came out so I stopped going to sales a very very long time ago.

Re: Black Friday
That looks great love and thank you for the link. Everything we have bought Holly has been ignored and thrown off her settee but I think she may love one of these. One idea for a Christmas present for her.

Re: Black Friday
Amazon are selling medium hay tunnels for £2.72. Absolute bargain! I'm sure they're about £8 in P@H.
The downside is they are add on items.

I see you've now ordered a self heating blanket but I came across this a few weeks back reading a thread on older buns on another forum, quite pricey tho:

Re: Black Friday
I found some that are more like electric blankets and claim to be bunny safe. I went for the self heat one cause i was not happy about leaving it pluged in beside him when we werent there.
Ordered the self heat one of amazon for £9, just bought the second one out of bargin buys for £4. Feel a bit ripped off.
