I haven't put the other 2 on as they are both grey and pretty much identical, so need to work out how to identify them first lol

Hi.
The best advice I can give you is to take them to a vet and get them to do it. I did this with my two when I got them from the SSPCA.
Rabbits are very difficult to sex and this is part of the reason there are so many rabbits in rescues up and down the country. Stats suggest up to 67,000 of them.
If you’re not careful you could end up with dozens and dozens of your own. They can breed from a young age.
