She's eaten a Bobble! Empty She's eaten a Bobble!

Post by Kirsty&Lola Tue Nov 25, 2008 9:00 pm

I am sat on the bed doing my essay but i hear Lola chewing something next to the bed. I couldn't see anything in her mouth but when i looked down one of my bobbles was missing (thin elastic band type) I quickly gabbed her and opened her mouth (no easy thing with a fiesty giant bun) and pulled the bobble out but not before she had eaten about a quarter Shocked

What do i do? From the sound of it she was chewing quite well but now i'm panicing! with lots of hay, some pellets and some veg (usual teatime meal) be enough for it to pass naturally Hmmm

oh dear! naughty lola! i am not sure but hopefully someone will be along who does! i would think it might pass through if she chewed it well and has that lot going through too.

Hopefully she will have chewed it enough for it to pass through.
I'd just keep an extra close eye on her poo output over the next 48 hours.
Much smaller poos or less poo indicates that her guts are slowing down in which case I'd ask your Vet to check her over.

These Bunnies really do know how to maximise our stress levels !!
