Thanks Jane, will do. Yes he seems to have a bit of a fetish for cardboard at the moment. I am not even sure if his drinking by himself. He does if I offer it to him (as will hay) but not seen him drink alone yet. I don’t understand why, his not weak and is running around. Why isn’t he doing this for himself? I fear his gotten use to having me as his personal assistant.

Have you tried giving him the option fo a water bottle and a water bowl....fudge goes through stages in what he will and wont drink from!

Yeah he has both....i just saw him drinking so that ok...

So glad that normal service has been resumed. It does sound though as if he has got used to having such a willing slave. He might malinger for a little while longer.
