Has anyone got a hutch/run combi from The Happy Hutch company? If so, do you recommend? Smile

Not got one here Becki but some of our customers have and they seem o.k but are awkward to clean out with the run in the way.

I have a similar one from elsewhere. Unless you have the hutch at the front of the run then yes they are difficult to clean out.

The lid of the run has never been attached on ours, I lift it off to clean out the hutch and run which is a bit of a pain. (Also Gabriel is very good at then jumping out!!!!) OH has also replaced a panel into the run so we can attach another run to it.

I also think with a litter tray in place and the ramp access the size of the hutch is drastically reduced. Our Thistle Hall seems to have more floor space, though it is more difficult to have a run attached. PAH now do a 5ft double hutch at a good price which may be worth considering.

I am sure the HH is of a similar quality to mine and is therefore good, just needed to add some bolts to the doors.

Thanks ladies. Just seen the run height though, 20ins - theres no chance either of my girls would be able to stand up in that, or anything like! Hmmm

I've got one, but haven't used it for a while. You definitely need the hutch part to be on the front, and cleaning the run does involve getting in and crawling about, but it's not too bad.
