It's Theo's fault UD oops!
Here is our first ever rescue bun!
His name is Ben, he's 18 mnths old and has lived in a pet shop as he is prone to a mucky bum, and the manager who was going to have him is allergic!.. They were going to send him to a breeder, but I persuaded them to let me have him, so here he is.

He's gorgeous!
I love how he is holding onto his food bowl in the first picture, Marley eats with his paws perched on th edge like that.

Wow, what a gorgeous bunster.
I have a fondness for agouti buns, as my first childhood rabbit was an agouti.
He definitely looks like he could be full of mischief!
Welcome to Happy Hoppers Ben.

I heart him Well done Lynne, I'm so glad he didn't get option A
Looking forward to hearing more about this little one. As with Furby, it's great to have some new arrivals on HH, the circle of life and all that

Sorry Katie, I forgot to answer your question. Thumper is absolutely fine now, he's eating and back to his little monstrous self again (although very much under the thumb, or rather paw, of Ruby )

Re: It's Theo's fault UD oops!
Ok, well Ben is actually a female !!! So we need a new name for her.
Long term I hope that she will bond with Thumper and Ruby to make a threesome! In the mean time she's got to be vaccinated and spayed before we can try. Unfortuantely I do not have the space for a lone bun so she's temporarily gone to Theo until we can try and bond them. We are really missing her as she is lovely but without moving one of the boys out of his room, we really can't cope for more than a few days with a single bunny.

Well she was the wrong colour to go with the boys! My word, Thumper and Ruby are going to have lots of fun with her and I think she looks like she could hold her own with them.

Re: It's Theo's fault UD oops!
Oops!
The same thing happened with Rosie - she was Angus for the first 3 days she was with us (the rescue told us she was an entire male and we never thought to check) until our vet had a good look and failed to find any 'undercarriage' as he put it.
You'll miss her, but know she's in the best hands with Theo. Better get thinking for a new name!
