Hi

I'm thinking of taking in another rescue bun, but she is currently kept indoors. I would like her to be bonded to my trio outdoors in the main hutch and run. Do you think if I kept her indoors but put her outside for an hour a day, then 2 hours a day and so on gradually over a couple of weeks, she would grow a winter coat and be ready for an overnighter outdoors when bonded?
thanks

I would say gradually acclimatising her like that should work. It will give her a chance to get a bit more of a coat too. Very Happy

I have no idea about getting a bun set for outside living but I am EVERSO EVERSO excited that you might be getting another one.

Some bun may be about to strike it lucky.

Acclimatising an indoor bunny to outdoors 535317 Thanks for your support! Trying to convince DH that one more won't really create any extra work!
A local rescue to me has a wild rabbit coloured doe that'll be ready to leave her bunmum in 1 week. I do love those wild coloured bunnies!
