Does anyone have two bonded pairs in the same area but separately (does that make sense?)

Im just wondering, if I introduce a new female to a single male will it upset the existing female??

It probably would. I found a stray male rabbit and kept him in a separate compound alongside but not touching my existing pair. I tried to bond him with them but the existing male would attack the female if she showed any interest in the stray male, so I reckoned it was a bad idea.
