Eddie normally smells of straw and hay and lovelyness, Bindi slightly less so. Eddie did smell of perfume the other day though, was odd, think he got the smell off either the vet nurse or one of the rspca women that had been saying hello to him earlier that day.

I fostered a bunny once that smelt very very strongly of incense Laughing He had clearly previously been kept in a room full of lovely burny things!

Most of my bunnies smell lovely but in the past I have
had 2 that smelt really disgusting. They always ponged
of poo or wee or were just generally mucky. One of them was
called Scruffy and he was well named, I can tell you. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Well I went out and asked Gloria did she smell and she just gave a very dirty look and hopped off! So I don't know. Never get close enough to smell them. Sad

Like fresh cut grass and hay most of the time.....except Lexie, it might just be me but sick bunnies often seem to have an odd aroma to them. Lex mostly smells musty at the moment, almost like she is damp Sad

Poor Lexie Sad

Truffles and Tibbler smell of hay and sawdust, and that fresh sort of smell of line-dried clothes. I love to press my face into them when I'm taking them to their run - I think the softness of their fur adds to the experience as well.

So yes, I too am a closet bunny-sniffer. Laughing

I can reglarly be found with my nose in Bertie's fur Laughing He smells like a cushion at your granny's that's really comfortable, but a bit old, it's a nice smell, a bit sort of dusty and grassy Smile

Charlie smells utterly deelish - that's part of the reason I called him Charlie - I couldn't stop sniffing him!

I think all bunnies smell gorgeous. All of mine have different smells to them. Yummy :luv:

I can just imagine Berts face if he knew you were referring to him as an old, worn cushion.....DISAPPROVING! Laughing
