Charlie is in having his xray UD/Back from Vets
So here I am dOwn the road in weatherspoons waiting for a call so say I can go back. I'm terrified his roots might have broken through.
It's gonna be a long hour or so

So sorry. Thinking of you. I hope Charlie's okay. Even better, I hope you find some sort of minor niggle that can be cured, so at least you would have an answer for his behaviour but nothing too serious.

Re: Charlie is in having his xray UD/Back from Vets
Hey we are home
Charlies roots have deteriorated somewhat but he is not suffering, although is likely to be uncomfortable and therefore grumpy! So we have some Tramadol (you will be getting high together rob) and he has to have a half a tab twice a day on top of his metacam, and I have to text John monday to let him know how he is doing.
Im very glad to have him home ..... phew.
I spoke to John about whether he thought he was suffering - as that would be awful and id never forgive myself - but John said no - so thats fab.
Hopefully these new meds will make him comfortable and ill have my bouncy naughty little chap back.
I felt really guilty about taking him this morning as they seemed rather loved up and I caught him grooming her!!!!!! That is a rarity!

Whew! I'm so glad that the doctor could help him and he isn't suffering! Can they not take those bad roots out or is he just too tiny for that? Poor little fellow. I'm glad they have rebonded. He must have been hurting too much to be nice to Annie.

Re: Charlie is in having his xray UD/Back from Vets
Oh I am so glad that the X-Ray, although not showing things have got better which you didn't expect, things are not as bad as they could potentially be. It is good that they were able to give him meds to help him to feel more comfortable. As long as he can enjoy the time he has left in comfort then he will be a happy boy. He is lucky that he doesn't realise what the future holds.
(I expect to have some weird threads to keep an eye on! )
