Maysie, just a thought...but could part of Skylark's motivation to chase Siskin be that she knows that normally Siskin would poop better if she moves around some? Far be it from me to know bunny logic, but perhaps when Skylark has a tummy ache running around makes her feel better by encouraging poop? I'm probably over thinking this. Don't you wish we would know what they say to each other?

UPDATE TUESDAY 10:50 am 'Eating a little of her greens'

Well she ate a little bit of her tea with Skylark but I caught Skylark chasing her a couple of times in the afternoon and she had pulled fur out of her and I pointed a finger at Skylark and told her that she was a very naughty girl for chasing and nipping Siskin when she's not well. I know for a fact that it upset's Siskin and she spent a lot of her time yesterday huddled on her own in the litter tray when she wasn't being chased of it by grumpy features.
Sometimes it's like having children I don't know about rabbit's

Hopefully today will see Siskin improve even more.

Do you consider the Metacam dose to be high enough? Just asking because it does seem to be a med that is underprescribed. Or could that be upsetting her tummy itself? Is she having the other stuff with it to protect her tum (Zantac, is it?)

I suppose it might even be that she is not absorbing the Metacam very well if her digestion is not right

She has been on 0.6mls of Metacam but we took her off it yesterday when she started eating again, yes Metacam is underprescribed we have noticed that, she has also been on Zantac as well.
I just think she is very sore still and Skylark is worrying her but we really don't want to split them up as Siskin does need and love her Mum and I think with her being poorly at the moment Skylark is being a bit off with her.

Come on sweet Siskin! Eat really well tomorrow!
