How is my favourite cheeky lady?

I had a little half-hour fit at 3.30am this morning. Humum says she knew it was coming because I was a little bit wobbly on my feet last night; she's just glad I didn't keep her up for two hours   

We are ok, a couple of fits a week she can cope with while giving the meds a chance to work. But preferably not at 4am and 11pm of the same day again...

I had a little fit at teatime last night and another this morning, although I did let Humum sleep in till almost 7.30 first. Her dressing gown is in the wash though

I am not too bad... for a bun who had a total of four fits over the weekend, although three of them were fairly little ones.

Humum's convinced I feel rotten after them - I gnash my teeth while fitting and where my head is wobbling she is sure my jaw and neck ache and can imagine I might get a headache too. So she is going to email the vet an update and check if it is ok to give me a drop of Metacam when she thinks I need it. They were reluctant to do this before, I am not sure why...

Completely agree.
Humans have headaches and other symptoms after fitting.
Why not give Sparky some painrelief. Trust your judgement. There is no one who knows him as well as you do.

Humum is often happy to give pain relief if she feels it is needed, but as I am a special case and the drug I am on is so rarely used for buns, on this occasion she'll check with the vet first. It may be that they would want to give something different.

Fair enough. What did the vet decide? Please keep us posted. Just feel sorry for you both.:-(
