Unfortunately not getting on with Erythromycin. Have a really bad tummy ache like last time, although no actual sickness yet but have been feeling pukey a few times. So all in all feeling the worst I have so far  

I think I'm going to ring the docs on Monday and ask to change antibiotic.

Are they green?! I remember being given green ABX once and they were horrid.

Is your surgery open Saturday mornings? Ours is, might be worth trying to call in the morning. Save you having to wait until Monday.

Nope, they're pink. I've had them before and they made me sicky and have me a tummy ache last time. I did tell the doc when he prescribed them but he said he was putting me on a smaller dose so they shouldn't do this time. It's not as bad as before but still not fun  

I don't think they are, purely because mum would have told me to ring tomorrow instead if they were open.

Heap, erythromycin is known for this side effect. Some times it is less if taken after a glass of milk. Wait for 20 minutes. Lactose Coates the lining of the stomach.

I'm still feeling pretty rubbish today. I don't think I'm going to take any more and will just wait until Monday when I can get some new antibiotics xx

I am now on a new antibiotic - Clarithromycin - and it finally agrees with me!

I'm feeling quite a bit better, I'm still a little bit short of breath and have a slight cough. I'm still suffering with the mega tiredness but I want to see how I am after I'm over this chest infection, I'm hoping it's down to that.

More get well vibes on route.

Day off tomorrow and I plan on doing absolutely nothing. Other than wait on the buns hand and foot as usual...
