I'm glad to hear Charlie's picked up hon. It's confusing, my vets recommended increasing the wet food so as to bring in more moisture, I chose to increase herbs more than veg to avoid bloat, and I spray the food with water too.

I hope he continues to improve Love

That is a good idea. He goes crazy for parsley which in itself is great for digestion. Might try spraying that with some water to help things along.

Blackberry leaves are good for helping digestion too and most bunnies love them. Smile

I wish I could get Berts to eat Blackberry leaves but he just doesn't like them, or won't eat them, so he has to have Plaintain, but he really gulps that up Laughing

Ah now blackberry leaves I can access easily as they grow in Woody's field. He has eaten well tonight, pellets and carrot. He has had all his meds and some tummy rubs,. still not many poos. It is exactly the same as it was last time. I just don't want us to be in a continual stream of stasis bouts scratch

I have to confess that I thought when you guys spoke about plaintain leaves, that you meant the Jamaican banana kind of vegetable and I didn't think I would be able to get this in Elgin! (Actually, have them growing in the garden too!)

Poor little lad... He would occasionally eat peppermint (which is good for my digestion!) so maybe worth trying him on that?

Are plantain leaves not banana leaves then?! I always thought they were Laughing
