Re: Cid and Freya - Round 2
I agree. I think they like each other, just need to get over Cid's nervousness.
Seems they're doing all the things rabbits in love do - grooming, eating together, flopping together etc.
But then also attacking each other. Just think it will be a slow bond.
If anyone has any advice/experience to offer Id greatly appreciate it! Im such a newbie at bonding.

Re: Cid and Freya - Round 2
Ive read loads and loads of stuff on bonding, including that one, and one on bunny body language.
The problem is! Cid ain't no normal bunny, bless him. I love him to bits but he seems to have skipped most bunny social protocalls, he doesn't understand alot of the things Freya does, doesn't understand when he upsets her, or when she's being nice to him.
And it's with that part that I need help with really, I assume Cid can't be the only bunny like this out there!

Re: Cid and Freya - Round 2
Perhaps he'd be better paired with say..... a badger or a weasel

Re: Cid and Freya - Round 2
I am thinking.. After another bad day today.. It may be time to give up.
Not sure how I will work the remaining bonds out, but I think Cid will be ebst left alone, which makes me really sad, actually. He's a nice bunny really, and he's come out of his shell so much.
