Re: Eye problem.
I am so glad for you and Kobi that it doesn't seem to be anything too serious. Sending Cookie hugs

Re: Eye problem.
Aww I'm so glad that they don't think it is anything serious, I've been thinking about little Cookie and of course you.
Although they made you wait, which must have been agony, I think it was a good idea that they wanted everyone capable there instead of just trying to muster a diagnosis themselves.
Kobi, you are a very good boy looking after Cookie, sounds like you are doing a fab job.
How is she today?

Re: Eye problem.
ahh Thanks
She's being as lovely as ever, they both keep flopping out together and she's letting me stroke and give her fuss still so she can't hate me too much for putting through all of that!
She's was so good at the vets too and let them put drops in her eyes without flinching which i think suprised the vet lol
She wolfed down some carrot and parsley last night too and has been quite lively. I just hope that it really is nothing too serious so she doesn't have to have an op.
I'm just going to see what they say when the other vet has seen the scans but in the meantime give her lots of fuss, cuddles, love and nose rubs!!

Re: Eye problem.
I haven't posted on this thread primarily because I had a similar experience with Gloria, but unfortunately, it was an abscess and she had to have her eye removed. She just didn't recover and died the following week.
I was dreading reading something similar happening to your beloved boy and am so absolutely delighted that it was something and nothing.

Re: Eye problem.
Oh how awful, poor Gloria
Yes I was hoping it wouldn't be something where they would have to operate, it is frustrating not knowing exactly what it is, but it seems like its just the way she is, until we hear any different
